RECIPE
Makes 6 donuts
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Wet Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup vegan milk
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze
- 2.5 cup icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl. Mix until it is thoroughly combined.
2. Spray your donut pan with a non-stick spray (this will help your donuts easily slip out of the pan after) and evenly pour your mixture in.

3. Place in the oven at 350 F. Bake for about ten minutes.
4. Combine the glaze ingredients together. Dip the donuts into the glaze mixture. Enjoy!
