Are you ready to level up your pancakes? Do so with this vegan matcha glaze!

What is Matcha?
Matcha comes from green tea leaves. It gets finely ground up into a powder which is great for baking, smoothies, or making lattes!
Matcha’s considered to be a great coffee alternative.
Coffee releases its caffeine over several hours, giving you a burst of energy for a short period of time.
Whereas matcha gives you a burst of energy over a long period of time, allowing you to enjoy it’s energy benefits throughout the day.

My Matcha Recommendation
I have tried a few brands of Matcha and by far Raw Nutritional‘s is my favourite – I have been consuming it exclusively now for almost 6 months!
I love Raw Nutritional’s Pure Organic Matcha as it’s made from high quality Japanese green tea leaves. The leaves are cultivated in the shade to increase its concentration of chlorophyll. Thereby offering a more pleasant and less bitter taste.
