Quarantine’s got me playing around in the kitchen more and today I felt like making pancakes!
I haven’t had good, fluffy pancakes in a really long time. So I did some research beforehand on the most effective ways to make pancakes fluffy.
After I put my new found research to the test, I came out with these delectable vegan, fluffy pancakes!

RECIPE

⋆ 1 cup flour
⋆ 1 tbsp baking powder
⋆ 1/2 tbsp organic sugar
⋆ 1/4 tsp salt
⋆ 1 cup non-dairy milk
⋆ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
⋆ 1 tsp vanilla
⋆ maple syrup or agave nectar to serve

??????:
1. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, organic sugar, and salt) into one bowl.
2. Next, combine the wet ingredients (non-dairy milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla) into another bowl to create a buttermilk. Let the buttermilk sit for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Lastly, mix the dry and wet ingredients together and whisk thoroughly. Let batter sit for a couple more minutes. Then you’re ready to start making your pancakes! ?
