I am extremely picky when it comes to oatmeal. I actually hated oatmeal for the longest time. But recently I learned how to make it in a new way that I just can’t get enough of! It also only takes less than 5 minutes to make and it comes out a pretty pink colour!
RECIPE
???????????:
⋒ 5-6 tbsp of oats
⋒ 1 ripe banana
⋒ handful of frozen berries
⋒ almond milk
⋒ 1 tbsp maple syrup
⋒ flax seed
⋒ cashews
⋒ vegan choc chips (omit to make sugar free or use sugar free choc chips)

1. In a pot, add the oats and water until the oats are submersed.
2. Add in half of the ripe banana in slices and a tbsp of pure maple syrup. Turn the stove on medium heat. Let oats cook and stir regularly.
3. Once the oats begin to thicken turn the stove to a low heat and add in a dash of almond milk and a handful of frozen berries. Stir together until desired thickness.
4. Top with the other half of the banana, flax seed, cashews, frozen raspberries, and melted vegan chocolate if you’re feeling fancy
